Rui Cao
Founder & CEO
Rui Cao is a strategy and transformation leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations accelerate growth and navigate complex change.
Before founding GrowXcelerate, Rui spent eight years at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an Associate Partner, advising senior executives across industrial, energy, chemicals, agriculture, and other B2B sectors.
Her work spans growth strategy, go-to-market, pricing, sales, customer experience, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and large-scale execution. She has led cross-functional teams bringing together strategy, industry expertise, design, data science, engineering, and commercial capabilities.
Earlier in her career, Rui worked in banking with DBS in Hong Kong and Singapore. She holds an MBA and is trained in executive coaching, bringing an additional lens on leadership effectiveness, alignment, and organizational change.
